My class surprised me with a baby shower this morning! I would have been really surprised, if another child from another class told me yesterday, "Thank you for inviting me to your baby shower tomorrow!"
I'm very grateful to a colleague who stepped in and helped coordinate.... i can only imagine what a baby shower run totally by 8 year olds who have looked like. :)
They made books for the baby, and made signs all over my room. It was incredibly incredibly sweet & amazing that they wanted to do it, initiated it, and carried out their plans. SO SWEET.
